when getting a drink at the bar, the member of staff passed me my drink and the bottom of the glass came away from the rest of the glass. This resulted in the drink spilling over me and the floor. I didn’t get the name of the staff member but he was extremely helpful and apologetic for what happened. He showed a lot of concern which was very appreciated. Excellent manners and customer service.
